Compact Flex-Head Ratchet for Tight Spaces

nepros NBR290F is a premium 1/4" square drive flex-head ratchet built around a 90-tooth gear with a 4° swing arc for tight-access work. The push-button “union mechanism” helps prevent the socket from coming off unless the button is pressed, and nepros also focuses on keeping idling torque light and smooth.

    Why You’ll Like It

    • 90-tooth / 4° swing arc helps when you only have a few degrees of movement
    • Flex head helps you “cheat” the handle angle around obstructions

    • Push-button socket retention helps prevent accidental socket drop-offs
    • Tuned for light, smooth idling torque and feel

Where It Fits in a Shop

    • Under-dash work, interior fasteners, and small brackets

    • Engine-bay clamps, small sensors, and accessory hardware

    • Tight industrial assemblies where a fixed head won’t line up cleanly

    • Anywhere you want a premium 1/4" ratchet with a flex head (without jumping up to 3/8")

    How to Use (3 Steps)

    1. Press the button, seat the socket fully, and release the button to lock it in place.
    2. Set the flex head angle that clears the obstruction and keeps the socket fully seated.
    3. Use steady pressure; reposition as needed using the short swing arc.

    Safety Notes

    • Keep the socket fully seated to reduce rounding.

    • Do not use cheater pipes on the handle.

    • If you need high torque, step up to the correct drive size / breaker bar for the job.
