What “Nut Twister” Means (Why It Works)

    • Six-tooth helical profile “cams” tighter as you apply torque, helping the socket stay engaged on rounded flats.
    • Best for partially rounded nuts/bolt heads where a standard 6-point already slips.
    • Works on common problem fasteners: stud nuts, cap bolts, and other rounded hardware (choose the closest size that still seats).

    Common Shop Use Cases

    • Rounded small hardware on brackets, clamps, guards, and covers (8–14mm range)
    • Rust-belt fasteners where corrosion rounds the flats before the fastener breaks loose
    • “Last step before extraction” when you want to avoid drilling or using a spiral extractor

    How to Use (5 Steps)

    1. Pick the correct Nut Twister size (it must seat as straight as possible).
    2. Tap the socket on lightly if needed to fully seat on the fastener.
    3. Use a steady pull with a ratchet/breaker bar (avoid impact-style hammering unless you’re using tools rated for it).
    4. If it starts to walk off, stop and reseat—don’t keep rounding.
    5. Once removed, replace the damaged fastener.

    In the Box

    • Nut Twister sockets: 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16mm
    • 200mm rail

    Fitment Notes (Read This First)

    • These are designed to grip damaged/rounded fasteners—if the fastener is completely destroyed, you may need a different extraction method.

    • Keep the socket square to the fastener to reduce slip and maximize bite.
