Free shipping on all orders over $150.

Deliveries made to areas outside the contiguous 48 USA states will cost more. Customers must contact the company before placing an order if shipping is required to these areas.

There are additional charges for deliveries made to residential addresses, which include home-based businesses that do not have commercial zoning.

If lift gate service is required, additional charges for this service may also exist. Customers should contact the company first with their needs so that an accurate quote can be given, including all potential fees and service charges.

We have 8 warehouses across North America and partnerships with all of the major shipping carriers.

If you prefer to arrange your own freight, please request all Shipping sizes and Zip Code of the correct warehouse.

For delivery in the US, expect 3–5 business days. For delivery in Canada, expect 5–7 business days. Rural areas will require more time.

For orders shipping to Canada, please note that shipping charges are not included in the initial checkout price. After placing your order, our team will calculate the shipping cost based on the delivery address and the weight and size of the items ordered. We will then contact you with the final shipping cost for your approval. Once approved, the shipping cost will be charged separately. By placing an order to be shipped to Canada, you agree to these terms.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your order with Fortis HD before it leaves the warehouse, there will be no fees, and you will be refunded within one business day.

If an order is canceled after it has shipped from the warehouse, the customer will be responsible for all return freight charges and a 25% restocking fee.

The balance of our refund will be returned to you within one business day.

Returns Policy

Before ordering OEM alternate parts from Fortis HD, customers are strongly encouraged to know the size and type of parts they need for their equipment to avoid any problems with product returns. Providing Part Number off of Existing Tracks and full Model and Serial Number of Unit is suggested.

If customers have doubts or questions about what tracks, tires, or parts are best suited for their equipment, they can ask one of Fortis HD product experts for guidance before ordering.

If a customer wants to return their product, they must contact customer service and notify them of the intent to return before sending back the product. Please call 888-608-6188 to arrange returns.

The product must be unused, in brand new condition and intact in its original packaging. The product must be returned within 30 days from when it was invoiced.

All accepted returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

All shipping, handling, duty, tax, and fuel fees are the responsibility of the customer returning the merchandise.

Ensuring the right product fitment prior to ordering is highly advisable and will prevent unnecessary cost and hassle for all parties.

Defective or Missing Merchandise Policy

If any items are faulty or missing parts/components, immediately email partsupport@FortisHD.com or call Fortis HD customer service at 888-608-6188 to initiate the claim process.

Return freight is the responsibility of the customer, pending claim investigation.

If the manufacturer’s defect claim is approved, all shipping and related fees will be credited to the customer by Fortis HD.

Customers have 14 days from receipt of shipment to file a defective parts claim.

Shipping Damages Policy

Keep all packaging and paperwork if products appear damaged upon receipt. Submit detailed photos showing all damage to partsupport@FortisHD.com or call 888-608-6188 immediately to initiate a shipping damage claim.

We will need photos along with the original documentation and packaging for the shipping intermediary’s investigation.

Upon approval of the claim, we will ship out the replacement product(s) at no cost to you.
If the claim is denied, we are unable to offer a refund.

Sales and promotions

  1. Minimum Purchase Requirement: The discount is only applicable to orders that meet or exceed $300. This minimum purchase amount is calculated based on the total of the products before taxes and shipping charges.
  2. Order Modifications: Orders cannot be modified once placed. Customers should ensure their order meets all the requirements for the discount before completing the purchase.
  3. Returns and Exchanges: Items purchased during the sale are subject to the standard return and exchange policy, as stated in our Terms of Service. However, if a return brings the original sale order below the $300 threshold, the discount is forfeited.
  4. Combining Offers: The Black Friday and Cyber Monday discount cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.
  5. Availability: Sale items are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If an item is out of stock, customers can still order it at the sale price, and it will be placed on backorder. Customers will be notified of the estimated restock date, but please note that delivery times cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to delays due to supply chain issues.
  6. Payment: All purchases during the sale must be made through the approved payment methods as per our standard Terms of Service.
  7. Shipping: Shipping times may be longer than usual due to high demand. Expedited shipping is not guaranteed.
  8. Amendments: Fortis HD reserves the right to modify, cancel, or limit the sale without prior notice.
  9. Acceptance of Sale Terms: By placing an order during the sale period, the customer agrees to the terms of the sale.

Canadian customers

Please be aware that orders shipped to Canada may be subject to additional brokerage fees, duties, and taxes upon arrival. These charges are not included in the total price of your order and will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Due to customs processing and other logistical considerations, shipments to Canada may experience delays. We strive to ensure timely delivery, but please factor in potential delays when placing your order.
